French Vanilla Pudding Recipe
Prepare a delicious and gourmet homemade vanilla cream to enjoy as it is or which can be marvelously garnished with fruit desserts. This French vanilla pudding recipe with its sweet scent of vanilla, it is sure to please the taste buds of young and old alike.
A vanilla cream to end a meal, and we are sure not to go wrong. Especially when served with fresh fruit!
Ingredients for: 4 people
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Refrigeration time: 1-2 hours
10 cl (3.5 liquid oz) of whole milk
45 cl (16 liquid oz) of whole liquid cream
5 egg yolks
90 gr (0.45 US cup) of caster sugar
2 vanilla pods
1. Pre-bake the oven at 120 °C (248 °F).
2. In a bowl, drizzle the milk, egg yolks and cream. Split the vanilla pods in half lengthwise, scrape the pulp with the seeds and mix, previous age. Add the vanilla sugar to the previous mixture.
3. Pour the appliance into the pots. Place the jars on the baking sheet and cook for 40 minutes.
4. At the end of cooking, put the jars of cream in the fridge (for 1 to 2 hours) before serving.
